Newsletter Consent

Version 1. Effective date: September 15, 2026

By ticking “I agree to receive newsletters with training tips, news and special offers” at registration, or by turning the newsletter on in the Service settings, you consent to the Operator processing your personal data for the purposes below. The box is not pre-ticked; without it the Service works in full and no newsletters are sent.

2. Purposes

• sending training tips, Service news and information about promotions and special offers by email and push notifications;
• tailoring newsletter content to your workouts and settings.

3. Categories of personal data

Name; email; device token and notification subscription endpoint; interface language; workout and settings data to the extent needed to tailor the newsletter.

4. Processing operations

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is mixed — both automated and non-automated. Emails and notifications are delivered through the services listed in the Privacy Policy.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent lasts until withdrawn. You can withdraw at any time — in the Service settings (notifications) or by writing to privacy@spodi.ru. After withdrawal the newsletters stop; the Service and your account are not affected.

6. Other

Processing of the data needed to run the Service is based on the Terms of Service and the Offer and is not governed by this consent. Service notices (an unfinished workout, an export being ready, coach actions) are not newsletters and are managed in the notification settings.
