Spodi Terms of Service

1. Definitions

Service — the website spodi.ru, iOS and Android apps, macOS app, and Telegram bot Spodi.

User — a person registered with the Service.

2. Service Description

Spodi is a workout diary for logging exercises, tracking progress, creating templates, and viewing statistics.

3. Registration and Account

• Registration is required
• You must provide accurate information
• One account per person
• You are responsible for your credentials

4. User Obligations

• Use the Service lawfully
• Do not distribute illegal content
• Do not attempt unauthorized access

5. Intellectual Property

The Service is our intellectual property. Your workout data belongs to you.

6. Subscription

Basic functionality is free. Paid features may be introduced later.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is not a medical tool. Consult a doctor before starting any training program.

9. Account Termination

• You may delete your account via profile settings
• We may suspend accounts for violations
• Data retained 30 days after deletion

10. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

11. Dispute Resolution

Through negotiation, then courts at the operator's location.

12. Changes

Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
