Consent to the Processing of Health Information

I, a user of the Spodi service, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Maxim Yurievich Gulyaev, Individual Entrepreneur (OGRNIP 326527500032500, INN 524613147662, 606440, Bor, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Russia; the Operator) my consent to process information about my health that I myself share with the AI coach in the Service chat: how I feel, pain, injuries and limitations, pregnancy, symptoms during workouts.

Purpose

The AI coach's replies in the chat and choosing a safe training load that takes my condition into account.

Actions

Collection, recording, storage, use, transfer (provision) to Cloud Technologies LLC (Cloud.ru) for processing by a language model hosted on servers in Russia on the Operator's instructions; deletion and destruction. Processing is automated. Cloud.ru does not use this information to train models.

Term

The consent is valid until withdrawn. The conversation is kept until I delete the chat or the account; a deleted chat is destroyed after 90 days.

Withdrawal

At any time — with the switch in the AI coach settings or by writing to privacy@spodi.ru. After withdrawal the AI coach chat is unavailable and the conversation is destroyed within the same period.

Form

The consent is given electronically and signed with a simple electronic signature — an action in the personal account after signing in (Clause 1 of Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 4 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

The Operator does not ask you to share health information and does not use it for any other purpose. The AI coach's replies are for information only and are not medical advice.
