Spodi iOS 2.6: activity map, records, and stats
The 2.3–2.6 releases brought several big updates: an activity map, redesigned records, new statistics, haptic feedback, and noticeably smoother performance.

Since the last big post, Spodi went from 2.2 to 2.6. This isn't a list of minor tweaks — it's four major things worth updating for.
Here is what changed, where to find it, and how to use it.
🧍 Activity Map
The headline of 2.6. The Workouts screen now has an “Activity” block — front and back anatomical figures, where each muscle group is colored by how recently you trained it: fresh work (0–3 days) glows bright, the color fades over time, and anything untouched for more than three weeks turns white.
Next to the figures are cardio and flexibility icons with the same freshness coloring. The figure set (male/female) follows your profile.
- Where to find it: the Workouts tab, above the diary.
- How to read it: bright — trained recently, faded — a while ago, white — long ago or never. The goal is to keep your whole body in shape, not just your favorite muscle group.
- Don't need it? Turn it off in Settings → Interface Settings and the screen returns to the plain diary.
One thing to note: this is a fitness map, not a medical tracker — it shows which areas you haven't trained in a while. Why variety matters, we cover in a separate piece on types of exercise and longevity.

🏆 Records 2.0
In 2.5 we completely reworked the Records tab inside exercise statistics.
- A main card per exercise type: estimated 1RM (Epley formula, marked “approximate” for 10+ rep sets), max weight / reps / time / distance — and a green “▲ +X over the year” delta.
- A records table for each of the 7 types: rep-max, weight×time, longest static holds, fastest runs.
- Stretching and yoga get a consistency card: total performed, current weekly streak, last done.

📊 New Statistics
Statistics got clearer. The main screen shows a list of your exercises, and you can see how things are going at a glance: a small trend line, the current value, and an arrow up or down.
Tap an exercise to open detailed charts.

⚡ Faster, more polished interface
Under the hood, 2.3–2.6 brought dozens of fixes that change how the app feels:
- Haptic feedback (2.4): subtle vibrations on key actions — checking a set, finishing a workout, the timer. You can turn it off in Profile → Sound & Haptics.
- Speed: we made the app noticeably faster — it opens instantly and runs without hitches.
- Interface settings sync across your devices (2.6).
- Trash and delete confirmation (2.5): deleted a workout by mistake — restore it from trash.
- Native context menu on long-press.
Update on the App Store if you haven't yet.
